At irisbeddings, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are accepted for:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products returned more than 30 calendar days after delivery

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Products without original packaging, labels, or included accessories

  • Products showing stains, odors, excessive wrinkling, pet hair, or other signs of use

  • Products damaged due to improper use, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions

  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • irisbeddings will cover the return shipping cost.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided after the return request is approved.

If the return is due to buyer's remorse or any non-defective reason:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No return handling fees, restocking fees, or return processing fees will be charged.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please provide photos showing the issue.

  4. Wait for return authorization and return instructions from our support team.

  5. After approval, return the item to the authorized return address.

Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Please do not return products to any other address. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may result in delays or denial of refund processing.

Return Inspection

After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.

Once the inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund process will begin.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing time is 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 calendar days of delivery for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team before returning the item.
